STORAGE & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Store in freezer if not used in one week. 

To defrost, remove Tortilla from freezer, and place in refrigerator to thaw gradually. 

To heat, place Tortilla in warm pan over medium heat. Warm both sides thoroughly.

Tortillas can also be microwaved.

 

TACOS

Fry Tortilla in shell form till crisp. Drain. Fill with meat, cheese or refried beans. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Add salsa for zest.

ENCHILADAS

Soften Tortillas by quickly dipping in hot oil or steaming. In skillet, heat prepared enchilada sauce. Dip warm Tortilla in sauce, coating both sides. Fill with shredded jack cheese and diced onion. Roll. Top with extra sauce, cheese, ad sour cream.
