Enchiladas
Soften Corn Tortillas by quickly dipping in hot oil or steaming. In skillet, heat prepared enchilada sauce. Dip warm Tortilla in sauce, coating both sides. Fill with shredded cheese and diced onion. Roll. Top with extra sauce, cheese and sour cream. Enjoy.
Tacos
Fry Tortillas in a shell form till crisp. Drain. Fill with meat, cheese or refried beans. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes. Add salsa for zest.
